General comments
Overweeg breed spectrum antibiotica te stoppen na 72 uur bij klinisch stabiele patiënten met persisterende febriele neutropenie, indien er geen klinisch of microbiologisch bewijs voor infectie is.
Profylaxe continueren volgens protcocol.
Bij verminderde nierfunctie startdosering van de vancomycine aanpassen in overleg met de apotheker.
