Priority: 1st choice	Medication: nitrofurantoine po 100mg 2dd or nitrofurantoine po 50mg 4dd	Remarks: niet < 30 dagen voor de bevalling
Priority: 2nd choice	Medication: amoxicilline + clavulaanzuur po 500/125mg 3dd

Behandelduur: 5-7 dagen

Nitrofurantoine 2 x 100 mg is tablet mga.

Wanneer een groep-B-streptokok gekweekt wordt bestaat de indicatie voor antibiotische profylaxe rond de baring, waarvoor consult gynaecoloog.
