Zo mogelijk tevens chirurgisch debridement.
Behandelingsduur 6 weken-6 maanden op geleide van de resolutie van infectie.
Posaconazol
iv: eerste dag 2 dd 300 mg, daarna 300 mg 1 dd
po: Bij voorkeur tabletten: eerste dag 2 dd 300 mg, daarna 300 mg 1 dd po. Eventueel suspensie: 400 mg 2 dd po (met voedsel) of 200 mg 4 dd (zonder voedsel).
