General comments
Bij ernstige sepsis eenmalig gentamicine 5 mg/kg iv
Cave: geen gentamicine indien in het verleden behandeld met platina-derivaten
Neem bloedkweek en drainvocht af voor kweek. Pas antibiotica aan op geleide van kweek.
